As a Guest Relations Ambassador, you'll greet, guide, and support guests throughout their experience
ensuring every interaction is positive, personalized, and seamless. Whether offering directions or resolving concerns, you'll deliver hospitality with confidence and care. Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or guest services preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout large venues Familiarity with event or venue operations is a plus Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests and provide directions, event info, and support Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency Assist with crowd flow and line management Monitor assigned areas for safety and cleanliness Collaborate with security, operations, and service teams Represent Levy's standards of hospitality at all times Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
