General Labor Job Description: Read and follow work orders to determine color and type of paint to be used. Deburr and clean parts by removing sharp edges, shavings, dirt, and rust. Hang materials on conveyor for painting. Assist in operating powder coating equipment to apply powder paint. Assist skilled laborers with refilling paint tanks as needed. Assists in the cleanup of spray equipment and work area. Record keeping of materials (paint) used. Cleans work area, machines, and equipment to assist painter.
