Requirements
- J.D Year 2011 or senior
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong legal training from a regarded law firm
- Experience with complex transactional tax issues, particularly those related to to pass-through tax entities. Expertise with Subchapter K and S Corps. Working knowledge of complex real estate transactions, international tax issues and tax-free reorganizations. SALT familiarity helpful.
- LL.M degree beneficial but not mandatory,
- Significant interest in developing into a leader and contributor to the practice.
