Principal Executive & Equity Compensation Manager

This role is essential for supporting Anduril’s continued hyper‑growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Anduril’s success by bringing your compensation expertise to our leadership team and helping us scale.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to our People Business Partners, combining high‑growth company experience, quantitative rigor, business mindset, and communication skills.
  • Lead equity compensation programs and projects, enabling Anduril to scale its People infrastructure.
  • Support activities associated with the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors, including analysis and recommendations related to executive compensation and other projects as assigned by the Committee or executive management as we prepare for IPO.
  • Lead employee and board equity administration, including developing and maintaining program materials.
  • Stay current on executive & equity pay trends, governance guidelines, and disclosure best practices, including stock grant reports and equity redesign modeling.
  • Guide People Business Partners and leadership teams throughout annual and mid‑year compensation planning cycles.
  • Design, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity compensation, aligned with organizational strategy and market trends.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership and HR teams to resolve complex compensation issues, support strategic decision‑making, and drive the implementation of compensation initiatives across the organization.
  • Lead change management and communications of compensation practices with managers, team members, and across the People Team.
  • Build strong partnerships with the Stock Admin, People Business Partner, Talent, Legal, Stock, Finance and Accounting teams, as well as our 3rd party vendors.
  • Maintain and audit executive compensation data in HRIS and compensation systems.
  • Interrogate compensation data to provide data‑driven guidance to People Business Partners and Leaders.
  • Demonstrate a proactive, motivated problem‑solving mindset, offering solutions to fill skill gaps.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience working in Compensation.
  • Experience with equity/headcount forecast modeling, job architecture, leveling guides, and market analytics.
  • Track record of collaborating with internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data and trends into insights and recommendations.
  • Proven ability to track, prioritize and deliver on multiple projects with a strong operational background.
  • Passionate about educating, mentoring and teaching partners the values and business impact behind compensation strategies.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a high‑growth, hyper‑scaling startup building compensation programs from the ground up in preparation for IPO.
  • Experience leading compensation initiatives through mergers & acquisitions, compensation committees, and designing equity/stock compensation.

Salary Range

$166,000—$220,000 USD. (Base salary only; actual offer will vary based on experience, education, and business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full‑time offers.)
