Troubleshoot and service client systems including network installation and configuration, home automation, environmental, lighting and motorized shade systems, control system programming, Perform minor repairs and routine cleaning of audio and video equipment, low voltage wiring, rough-in and Trim-out, equipment rack installation and setup.
Must be able to communicate with other technicians, project managers, and designers as well as direct communication with clients and vendors. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while having the ability to prioritize workload and manage time effectively.
