Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves using order sheets or RF scanners.
- Verify picked items against order specifications to ensure accuracy.
- Pack items securely and prepare them for shipment, maintaining product integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and work area.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations and guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory control tasks as needed.
- Meet or exceed established productivity goals for order picking and packing.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or damages to supervisors promptly.
- Perform other duties within the logistics department as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is beneficial.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Capable of lifting and moving products up to 50 pounds.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and a proactive work ethic in a logistics setting.
