We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Functional Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP modules, with a strong focus on SAP Payroll.
The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to enhance business functionality and performance, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop functional requirements, conduct testing, deliver training, and implement SAP applications.
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP modules to improve client business operations.
- Design, configure, and test various SAP modules and manage SAP implementations.
- Analyze current business processes and recommend solutions tailored to client needs.
- Lead complex assignments requiring innovative procedures and solutions.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of organizational standards and ensure compliance.
- Provide functional expertise, guidance, and instruction on SAP products to clients.
- Minimum 7 years of experience as an SAP Payroll Functional Expert.
- Deep expertise in SAP schemas, PCRs, and wage type configurations.
- Proficient in ABAP debugging and development.
- Strong knowledge of statutory payroll compliance.
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end payroll projects.
- Experience in broader SAP functional areas beyond payroll.
- Ability to manage multiple SAP implementations across different business units.
