Responsibilities
- Strategically lead marketing efforts across the system
- Partner with the executive team to assess the current marketing activities
- Create strategies to drive business development and increase market share
- Implement a system to drive organizational effectiveness of all marketing activities
- Translate business objectives and strategies into actionable brand initiatives that drive growth and strengthen market presence
- Oversee external communications including website development and social media
- Make staffing and hiring decisions within marketing department
- Oversee and manage all public relations activities, including press interactions and media outreach
Requirements
- BS/BA in Marketing or related field
- Minimum 8 years marketing experience
- 2 years' experience at director level or 5 years' experience at manager level
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Preferred
- Experience with E-marketing, SEO and Social Media preferred
