Preferred Location: Northeast Region of the United States – Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut.
We’re seeking a strategic and collaborative sales leader to drive growth through our dealer channel. This role leads a national team of Dealer Sales Managers and partners closely with internal stakeholders to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Lead and develop the Dealer Channel team, setting strategic direction and ensuring effective resource use.
- Support dealers in growing Quadient sales through field engagement, training, and consultative guidance.
- Provide coaching on sales structure, territory planning, hiring, and business development.
- Deliver training on sales skills, product knowledge, and Quadient solutions.
- Resolve complex issues and foster collaboration across teams and functions.
- Monitor performance, analyze trends, and provide accurate forecasts and reporting.
- Strengthen dealer relationships and ensure alignment with distribution agreements.
- Lead major cross-regional deals and support new dealer recruitment.
- Partner with marketing on promotions, pricing, and competitive insights.
- Organize dealer conferences and share market intelligence regularly.
- The scope of this role is intended to expand over time.
