Your Role
As the Director, you will partner closely with leadership to translate strategic vision into actionable execution, enabling teams across various therapeutic areas—including Fertility, Neurology & Immunology, Oncology, and Endocrinology—to achieve their ambitions.
Location: Boston/hybrid preferred, remote possible (with travel).
Key Responsibilities
- Cross-Functional Leadership and Execution: Serve as the primary liaison for therapeutic areas and operations, designing and executing projects that address key priorities and stakeholder requests.
- Go-To-Market Strategy and Planning: Drive the development of high-impact cross-functional go-to-market strategies for new and existing products within our portfolio.
- Field Operations: Manage quarterly targeting and alignment processes across therapeutic areas to ensure optimal field performance.
- Field Enablement: Collaborate closely with field leadership to ensure that teams are equipped with the right tools, resources, and information necessary for success.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators to monitor progress against strategic objectives and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ad Hoc Market and Business Analysis: Conduct deep dive analyses of market trends, customer segmentation, and performance metrics. Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions, optimize resource allocation, and enhance overall business performance.
- Account Planning Strategy: Lead account planning and execution program, including developing resources for account planning teams, conducting regular reviews with senior leadership, and developing and executing against a roadmap for future capability expansion.
- Program and Project Management: Lead high-priority initiatives, ensuring structured execution, clear communication, and follow-through across stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Team Coaching: Mentor and guide team members, supporting their professional development through objective setting, performance appraisals, and coaching.

Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in pharma/biotech or consulting in the healthcare industry (or Master’s Degree plus 8yrs; or PhD plus 6yrs)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
- Proven experience in a combination of Operations, Analytics & Insights, Marketing, Market Access, and / or Business Technology in the biopharma industry
- Advanced knowledge of CRM technology relevant to Field Teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to leverage and analyze big data to tell a compelling story for leadership
- Strong business acumen with keen analytical sense and ability to utilize quantitative analysis and sound business judgment in interpretation of sales and market data to drive strategy
- Recent go-to-market experience in launching new products
- Executive Leadership capabilities
- Program and project management experience
- Experience assessing operational program performance to identify potential gaps and opportunities for program improvement
- A forward-thinking mentality with a strategic mindset, balancing long-term goals with short-term value creation
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to lead, inspire, and manage diverse team and work in a highly matrixed organization
- A proactive understanding of change management and the ability to lead through transformation to meet strategic imperatives
- Advanced problem-solving skills and the capacity to navigate abstract ideas and complex situations
- Strong strategic mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills, enabling influence in critical matters
- Launch experience
- Account planning experience
- Experience in Fertility, Oncology, HIV, or Neurology/Immunology
- Ability to communicate openly and share information to foster trust while encouraging constructive debate, making informed decisions, and ensuring shared commitment to outcomes.

Pay Range for this position: $188,000 - 282,000
The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
