As ane‑Commerce Specialist , you will be part of the Digital Marketing Department supporting the e‑Commerce and Retail Media teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proactive communication, and a passion for driving digital growth, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: USA ‑ e‑Commerce Specialist
Location: Hoboken, NJ (2 days onsite)
Pay Range: $50-56
Contract: 1 Year (extension possible)
What's the Job?
- Support the execution and optimization of e‑Commerce strategies across digital platforms, primarily focusing on Amazon retail media campaigns.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and implement innovative digital shelf strategies that enhance brand visibility and conversion rates.
- Manage digital content and promotional activities to ensure alignment with brand standards and business objectives.
- Monitor competitive activity and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- 3+ years in Brand Marketing, Digital, or eCommerce.
- Proven expertise in Amazon Ads and retail media platforms.
- Experience with tools like Circana and Numerator.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint) and comfort working with datasets.
