Seeking a talented and detail‑oriented Design Drafter with experience in structural/architectural drafting/design. This opportunity allows you to create custom building designs, photorealistic renderings, proposals, marketing collateral, and social media assets on fast‑track schedules while growing your skills in a collaborative, high‑energy environment. Key Skills: CAD, REVIT, Bluebeam, BIM, 3D Modeling, Rendering, Construction Materials, etc. Experience with 3D renderings would be a big plus. Responsibilities Design and Drafting: Develop detailed drawings and plans for commercial buildings using AutoCAD. Collaboration: Partner with engineers, architects, and project managers to create comprehensive design solutions tailored to construction methods. Plan Review: Interpret and review project specifications, blueprints, and other technical documents specific to design. Compliance: Ensure all designs meet relevant building codes, standards, and regulations. Revisions: Update and revise drawings based on feedback from stakeholders and evolving project requirements. Documentation: Keep accurate records of all drawings, revisions, and project documentation. Requirements Prefer design/drafting related degree/certifications. 2+ years of experience in structural or architectural drafting/design for commercial buildings. Proficiency in AutoCAD (3D), REVIT, plus Illustrator, SketchUp, Bluebeam, or Adobe InDesign. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes. Exceptional precision and attention to detail in drafting and design work. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions. Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment. Portfolio of design or drafting work required.
