Pace Staffing Network is hiring: Employee Relations Associate in Tacoma

What Youll be Doing

• Providing critical support in managing employee concerns, assisting in investigations, and promoting workplace policy awareness.
• Be the go-to resource for keeping employee relations cases organized and confidential
• Provide administrative support for performance improvement plans and disciplinary processes.
• Respond to employee and manager questions regarding policies and workplace issues.
• Monitor case trends and escalate recurring issues to leadership as needed.
• Partner with HRBPs and Legal to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Assist in developing communication and training materials related to employee conduct.

Heres what your work history needs to show as evidence that youre the right candidate

• 13 years of HR or employee relations experience, within an ADA or union environment strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with employment law and HR best practices.
• Proficiency with HRIS and case management systems (Workday, ServiceNow a plus).
• Exceptional communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• A high degree of discretion, empathy, and emotional intelligence.

Heres the important details:

        Location: Remote Must reside in Washington State

        Pay Rate: $36-$43 per hour

        Schedule: MondayFriday, 40 hours/week

        Assignment Type: 6+ month contract (possible extensions and possible temp-to-hire)

        Compliance: You must be able to pass a criminal background check
