What We're Looking For:

• Two years exterior home improvement, carpentry or other relevant construction experience is a plus, but not required
• Desire to grow with the company
• Team player with a positive attitude and sense of humor
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions/seasons
• OSHA certification and/or ladder safety training preferred. If not, we'll get you certified within your first 60 days.

Minimum Requirements Are:

• Valid driver's license
• 18 years of age or older

Compensation: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
