Job Description
Manage day-to-day field operations for ground-up construction projects. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain schedules and budgets. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations. Conduct site inspections and resolve issues promptly. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate progress to Project Managers and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in ground-up construction. Proven ability to manage large-scale commercial or residential projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety standards. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management tools and scheduling software. OSHA certification preferred.
