Join our team: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to improving the lives of children with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Requirements: Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field. Current BCBA certification. Experience working with children with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Compassionate, patient, and committed to making a positive impact. Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges. Implement and monitor ABA therapy programs. Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and Counselors to ensure comprehensive care. Provide parent training and support to promote generalization of skills. Collect and analyze data to track progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans. Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing program development.
