Role Overview The Senior Account Director – Hyperscalers owns and grows strategic relationships with leading global AI and cloud infrastructure organizations, including hyperscaler cloud platforms and frontier AI labs. This role is responsible for engaging senior stakeholders across infrastructure strategy, data center planning, and capacity delivery teams to enable large‑scale AI compute expansion. The mission of this role is to secure multi‑year, multi‑megawatt, take‑or‑pay capacity agreements, supporting hyperscalers as they scale AI workloads through a high‑performance GPU cloud and data center platform. Success requires deep expertise in AI infrastructure, strong executive presence, and the ability to navigate complex, long‑term commercial and technical negotiations. This is a highly strategic, externally facing role that works closely with Director‑to‑VP‑level infrastructure leaders, requiring credibility, relationship‑building excellence, and a proven track record of closing large‑scale infrastructure partnerships.
What You'll Do
Build and own relationships with hyperscaler infrastructure decision‑makers
Drive multi‑year strategic GPU capacity deals
Navigate hyperscaler procurement and internal workflows
Partner internally with SA / Infra / Ops teams
Drive account growth and long‑term partnerships
Who You Are
10+ years of experience in AI cloud, hyperscale infrastructure, data centers, HPC, or GPU cloud, with a strong track record of closing large‑scale, multi‑year capacity or infrastructure deals.
Background in GPU cloud / AI compute and/or data center or energy‑to‑AI operators, with familiarity or existing relationships within hyperscaler infrastructure teams.
Strong understanding of AI compute and data center fundamentals, including GPU roadmaps, cluster architecture, networking, and power/cooling.
Experience with hyperscaler capacity planning, procurement, vendor management, and multi‑year budgeting.
Able to translate technical requirements into clear commercial agreements and influence Director‑to‑VP‑level stakeholders.
Strategic, relationship‑driven leader with high integrity, strong communication skills, and a collaborative, low‑ego mindset.
Success Metrics
MW of contracted GPU capacity (take‑or‑pay / reserved capacity).
Multi‑year revenue from hyperscaler portfolio.
Region coverage and expansion (US + APAC/TW).
Deal velocity and execution quality.
Strategic depth of customer partnership.
