In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries in German through various channels including phone, email, and chat Assist clients with questions and issues related to our products and services Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system Collaborate with team members to resolve any escalated issues effectively Educate customers about our offerings and guide them in using our products Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement Participate in ongoing training and development programs Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken Strong communication and interpersonal skills Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities Customer-focused attitude with a passion for providing quality service Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment Benefits
