Heartwood Kitchens & Millwork (HKM), the cabinetry division of Sacred Oak Homes, is seeking a Cabinet Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to sell premium cabinetry solutions while working with homeowners, contractors, and designers who value timeless craftsmanship.

What You'll Do
Sell custom cabinetry and millwork solutions to a variety of residential and professional clients.
Conduct site visits, take field measurements, and gather design/project requirements.
Generate accurate quotes using Wellborn estimating tools.
Educate clients on product offerings, including Wellborn, Samara, and HKM custom pieces.
Build long‑term relationships with contractors, designers, and architects.
Maintain detailed sales activity records and participate in weekly team meetings.
What We're Looking For
Experience in residential construction sales, cabinetry, or millwork.
Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
Self‑starter with the ability to generate new leads and manage sales independently.
Familiarity with estimating tools or willingness and ability to learn proprietary systems.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel regularly within 30 miles of Stockbridge, MA.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $40,000/year + uncapped commission (On‑Target Earnings details shared during hiring process)
Schedule: Full‑time with flexible hours
Growth: Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding division
