Responsibilities
Assist during the tax interview by entering client and W‑2 information into the tax program.
Help close the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining required signatures, reviewing the finished product with the client, and completing bookkeeping procedures.
Ensure all H&R Block clients receive superior, professional service.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong reading and math skills to conduct and complete the tax return interview.
Effective communication skills in person and over the phone.
Previous experience using Windows‑based computer programs.
Additional state and local requirements may apply.
Additional coursework in math, accounting, or finance is preferred.
