Responsibilities You will…
Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
Serve as an empathetic problem solver for commercial customers by utilizing in‑depth training to recommend the best solution for each customer’s needs.
Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
Conduct inspections of commercial properties and recommend solutions based on findings.
Use the iPad provided to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.

Estimated first‑year earnings: $76,000 to $100,000 USD annually.
Base salary plus uncapped commission.
Company vehicle with gas card after training.

Qualifications Minimum Requirements
No experience required; sales experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver’s license required.
Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.
Physical Demands / Working Conditions Candidates must meet physical job requirements and perform duties safely with or without accommodations:
Use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity.
Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including climbing or balancing and stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), sometimes requiring an OSHA‑compliant respirator.
Willing to work in various weather conditions.
