Job Overview Global Home Improvement is seeking a driven and results-focused Sales Consultant to join our sales team. In this role, you will meet with prospective clients, assess their home improvement needs, and present tailored solutions using our premium products-Metal Roofing, Marvin Windows, and James Hardie Siding. The ideal candidate is a confident closer who thrives on building trust with clients, delivering value-driven presentations, and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Meet with qualified leads in person or virtually to understand their needs and present solutions.

Deliver professional, consultative sales presentations tailored to the client's project goals.

Accurately measure, scope, and price projects based on client specifications.

Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.

Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.

Follow up with clients to address questions, provide additional information, and secure commitments.

Keep detailed records of sales activities, proposals, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the installation and project management teams to ensure smooth project handoffs.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of proven success in closing sales, preferably in home improvement, construction, or related industries.

High school diploma or GED required.

Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Highly self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.

Ability to build trust quickly and maintain client relationships.

Comfortable working in a commission-only structure with high earning potential.

Basic computer skills and experience using CRM software.

Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
