Key Responsibilities
Manage on-site execution of commercial/retail construction projects.
Ensure adherence to construction schedules, specifications, and plans.
Lead and coordinate 16+ subcontractor trades.
Maintain site safety and enforce OSHA standards; conduct safety meetings and inspections.
Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients.
Address field issues, including poor workmanship, disputes, and scheduling delays.
Implement quality control measures and problem-solving strategies.
Maintain project documentation, daily reports, progress photos, and videos.
Support project planning and ensure proactive risk management.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years as Superintendent for a General Contractor in commercial/retail projects.
Proven experience managing subcontractors and on-site teams.
Strong understanding of construction safety protocols and OSHA compliance.
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Ability to travel 75-100% to project sites nationwide.
Must possess a valid OSHA 30 certification.
High School Diploma or GED required.
