As a Smartsheet Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients in implementing and optimizing Smartsheet solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to understand client requirements and deliver customized solutions that enhance their business operations. Responsibilities:
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Smartsheet solutions for clients
Conduct in‑depth needs analysis and gather client requirements to develop tailored solutions
Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process
Create and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure successful adoption of Smartsheet solutions
Identify and resolve any technical issues or challenges faced during implementation
Stay up‑to‑date with the latest Smartsheet features and functionalities to provide innovative solutions
Assist in pre‑sales activities such as product demonstrations and client presentations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing and supporting Smartsheet solutions
Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes
Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Experience in training and conducting workshops
