What You’ll Do (a.k.a. Your Daily Adventure) Welcome customers with a genuine smile and great energy Perform walk-arounds using our process (you’ll be trained!) Listen closely to customer concerns and translate them into clear service needs Create repair orders, schedule appointments, and handle cashiering Recommend maintenance based on manufacturer guidelines—because preventative care is a good thing Keep customers in the loop with accurate estimates and realistic timelines Work closely with technicians to make sure everyone’s on the same page Follow up after service visits (people love that) Deliver vehicles back to happy customers and answer questions Hit performance goals set by Service Leadership What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Experience is great, but not required—we’ll train the right person Positive attitude (seriously, it matters here) Strong attention to detail and organization skills Valid Michigan driver’s license with an insurable record Comfortable using computers, tablets, and phone systems Ability to read, speak, and write English clearly Bilingual candidates—please apply!
