Bilingual Account Executive – Personal Injury Attorney Network
Location: Sandy Springs, GA
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule : Standard business hours. Work from office 5 days a week for the first 6 months, afterwards able to work remotely 2 days a week

Overview
We are seeking a Bilingual Account Executive in the Sandy Springs area with a background within the medical industry to grow our attorney network, deepen trusted partnerships, and serve as a key connector between legal and internal service teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and maintain relationships with personal injury attorneys and law firms within an assigned territory
- Serve as the primary point of contact for attorney partners regarding service needs, updates, and issue resolution
- Educate attorneys and law firms on AP Healthcare’s medical coordination services and how these solutions support client care and case efficiency
- Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, lead qualification, presentations, proposals, and closing new partnerships
- Identify market opportunities using industry trends, competitor insights, and territory feedback
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Care Coordinators and Account Liaisons to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate documentation of interactions, agreements, pipeline activity, and performance metrics in CRM systems
- Attend 3 to 4 evening or after-hours networking events per month to develop and strengthen market relationships
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience managing a sales pipeline, following structured processes, and meeting performance targets
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
- Demonstrated skill in delivering presentations, negotiating agreements and building long-term professional partnerships
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with attorneys and internal teams
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle available for statewide travel
Desired Skills

- Healthcare or legal industry experience
