OTA Strategy & Revenue Manager Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, hospitality, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management, sales, or distribution with a strong OTA focus
  • Proven experience managing major OTA platforms and channel management systems
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools; Power BI experience strongly preferred
OTA Strategy & Revenue Manager Must Haves
  • Own and manage day-to-day OTA partner relationships, including contract terms, visibility, placement, and performance
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify revenue growth opportunities
  • Develop and execute OTA testing strategies (including A/B testing) to improve conversion and net revenue
  • Partner closely with marketing, web, revenue, and operations teams to align OTA initiatives with broader e-commerce goals
OTA Strategy & Revenue Manager Preferred Background & Skills
  • Strong understanding of global travel markets, particularly international distribution channels
  • Experience launching promotions, packages, and campaigns through OTA platforms
  • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, solutions-oriented working style
