Vice President of Sales and Marketing Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive base salary up to $200,000

Vice President of Sales and Marketing Requirements & Qualifications
- 10+ years of senior sales and marketing leadership in independent luxury resorts, convention hotels, or large full-service properties
- Strong group sales background with established group market relationships
- Proven record of driving revenue growth and capturing market share
- Direct experience reporting to ownership or serving as an independent property executive
- Demonstrated financial acumen and strategic leadership
- Ability and willingness to relocate to a remote resort community
- Ability to travel up to 30%
Vice President of Sales and Marketing Preferred Background & Skills
- Sports resort or sports group business experience
- Background in properties with annual revenues exceeding $50 million
Vice President of Sales and Marketing Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead the revenue generation function, directing group, leisure, sports, and wedding sales segments
- Oversee brand marketing, digital strategy, public relations, and key partnerships
- Set and execute go-to-market plans to increase occupancy, strengthen brand positioning, and grow market share
- Foster and leverage strategic relationships across group sales and partnership channels
- Act as a hands-on, strategic leader collaborating closely with on-property teams and ownership
- Report on sales and marketing performance, adapting strategies to market trends and opportunities
