Were excited for you to experience our values (People, Passion, and Progress) in action, and look forward to your application./ph3What Youll Do on a Typical Day/h3ulliAdvise and arrange travel for corporate business customers (both individuals and groups)/liliConduct analysis and research on travel options, and pro-actively anticipate traveler needs to sell additional services/liliArrange and book domestic and international business travel, in a variety of complexity, for air, road, rail, and accommodations/liliUse of Sabre Global Distribution Systems (GDSs)/liliEnsure compliance to customers agreed travel policy, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements/liliUse positive telephone service techniques and act on special customer requests/liliCollaborate within your team to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to improve service levels/li/ulh3What Were Looking For/h3ulliPassion for excellence in client service, including proactive anticipation of needs/liliNative GDS expertise Sabre/liliThree to five years of corporate entertainment and production travel experience only./liliProfessional communication (written and verbal)/liliAttention to detail/liliAct with integrity, and look after personal traveler information/liliPossess a strong understanding of the travel industry (background in business travel, entertainment travel to include production a plus)/liliResolving customer issues quickly and independently / with supplier/liliTeamwork and openness to feedback/li/ulpOur Traveler Care unit is a 24/7 operation. The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidates relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
