Compensation and Benefits

• Starting pay rate is $0.50 - $0.65 per mile, loaded and empty (Includes per diem)
• We reward safety early and often starting with a raise after your first 30 days if you stay accident-free and maintain a high safety score. Pay increases are reviewed bi-annually.

Company CDL-A Truck Driver Job Requirements

• Valid CDL-A
• At least 12 months of verified tractor-trailer driving experience
• Minimum 21 years old
• No DUI convictions in the last 3 years
• Zero accidents in the last 6 months
• No more than 1 accident in the last 12 months
• No more than 3 moving violations in a 3-year period
• No reckless driving violations in the last 5 years
• DOT physical and drug screen required
