Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and identifying industrial investment properties across the U.S.
Support senior team members with market research and investment analysis
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and property owners
Conduct outreach, follow‑ups, and relationship‑building initiatives
Assist in preparing sales materials, financial analyses, and investment presentations
Track deal activity and support transaction processes from start to finish
Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
Qualifications
Highly motivated, self‑driven, and eager to grow professionally
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment
