Your job will be to lead the team by example, regularly interact with your team and the residents, maintain their high occupancy and continue to build the community's legacy in the area.
What you'll need to succeed: Assisted living & independent living experience
is a must-have. You'll need to hit the ground running. A passion for
resident and team engagement . The ability to balance operational and financial responsibilities with your relationship-building skills. A strong understanding of sales and business development to partner with the existing team. Licensed in Florida
