ABA RBT: 1:1 Support & Data-Driven Interventions

A leading provider of developmental services in California seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work closely with a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. The RBT will implement personalized behavior intervention plans for clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Ideal candidates will possess an Associate’s degree and RBT certification, with at least two years' experience. This role requires strong observational skills and a deep understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
