YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY As an Integrated Marketing Manager (IMM) you will shape the West and Mountain West regional impact of our marketing efforts, translating regional priorities into cohesive integrated marketing campaigns and programs. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring that our marketing efforts align with regional priorities and deliver significant business impact.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead regional marketing plans and initiatives that drive meaningful impact on regional objectives.
Collaborate closely with regional operations teams to align marketing efforts with local nuances and regional goals.
Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that span multiple channels and cross‑functional teams.
Synchronize with cross‑functional marketing teams to achieve a unified brand message across all channels.
Partner with operational leadership, strategy, recruitment and key corporate and divisional stakeholders to highlight opportunities and challenges.
Use data insights and market research to make informed decisions, optimize campaigns and measure success.
Create innovative cross‑channel campaigns with the IMM team and Marketing management.
Analyze marketing data to identify issues and develop solutions.
Own marketing strategy and briefing for creative development for media campaigns and digital/social media presence.

WHAT YOU BRING TO US
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field (construction or industry expertise a plus).
8‑12 years of progressive marketing experience, with integrated, field or campaign marketing experience strongly preferred.
Proven leadership in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies and programs through influence.
Strong experience in conceiving, planning and implementing effective marketing strategies aligned to business objectives.
Ability to travel up to 40 %.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting timelines and budgets.
Excellent writing, editing and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and moderate experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
WORKING CONDITIONS
General work environment: sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is primarily indoors with fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.
Noise level is usually low to medium; can be loud on the jobsite.

Occasional lifting up to 30 lbs.
