We are now looking foraHead ofOperations, who will play apivotal role inleading, optimizing, andscaling Beohemija’s end-to-end operations. Role Mission This role will have full responsibility fortheefficiency, development, andalignment ofall operational functions. Therole acts as akey strategic partner indriving operational excellence, organizational development, andsustainable growth. We are seeking ahighly experienced operations leader withastrong production background, proven leadership capabilities, andtheability tomanage complex, large-scale organizations inafast-moving FMCG environment. Key Responsibilities Lead andoversee all core operational functions, including: Providing strategic andoperational leadership across all core operational areas Driving operational excellence by continuously improving efficiency, productivity, cost structures, andservice levels across theorganization Ensuring thescalability androbustness ofoperations tosupport international expansion, portfolio growth, andincreased production complexity Leading, developing, andempowering astrong operational leadership team Establishing clear performance frameworks, KPIs, andgovernance mechanisms toensure accountability andtransparent decision-making Ensuring full compliance withregulatory, quality, andsafety standards, while fostering astrong culture ofquality, safety, andcontinuous improvement Acting as astrategic partner totheGeneral Manager, actively contributing toboard-level decisions andgroup-wide strategic initiatives within CE Industries
