Title: Dynamics 365 Consultant
Location: Omaha, NE
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Lead to own the development, configuration, and delivery of Dynamics 365 solutions, primarily across Sales and Customer Service modules. The role requires strong hands‑on technical expertise, deep understanding of Agile delivery, and the ability to lead Scrum activities and acceptance testing while working closely with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the end‑to‑end development and configuration of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, including Sales and Customer Service modules.
Translate business requirements into technical designs, ensuring alignment with defined acceptance criteria.
Review and sign off on technical feasibility of acceptance criteria and proposed solutions.
Design and build custom entities, forms, views, workflows, and dashboards based on business and technical needs.
Support creation and validation of requirements artefacts such as wireframes, mock‑ups, and functional specifications.
Participate in Agile sprint grooming sessions, providing technical solutions, effort estimates, and story point sizing.
Identify and resolve technical dependencies and blockers during sprint execution.
Actively participate in daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews/demos, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
Manage and coordinate the Scrum process, working closely with the Scrum team to ensure timely delivery.
Lead and manage Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, ensuring solutions meet business and quality standards.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and QA teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Proven expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules.
Experience in customization and configuration of Dynamics 365, including custom entities and attributes, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and workflows.
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 data model and security roles.
Ability to assess and validate technical feasibility of business requirements.
Hands‑on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong experience in backlog grooming, sprint planning, estimation, and delivery.
Experience managing scrum processes and coordinating Scrum teams.
Experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
