We take a vested interest in your success from your very first day! You will participate in our best‑in‑class remote training program. The New Colleague Training (NCT) program is a paid training that is interactive and fun, and you will receive support, coaching, and guidance from your Training Manager.
After completing NCT, you have the flexibility to work from home or in a hybrid model, while having the support of your manager and team.
As an Executive Recruiter, you will manage both sides of the desk, helping clients and candidates thrive.
The Executive Recruiter is responsible for executing the full life‑cycle of direct hire recruiting for top tier, mid‑ to senior‑level professional direct hire job orders for a variety of clients. You will need a sense of urgency, focus on existing clients, identify new ones, interview candidates and match them with their dream organizations.
Bachelor's degree preferred, or five (5) years professional work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
High level of adaptability to pivot and meet changing priorities
