Job Summary
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both technical and commercial roles from workforce planning to onboarding.
Align talent acquisition strategies with Go-To-Market (GTM) business initiatives and growth objectives.
Proactively source screen and assess candidates using market intelligence and competitive talent insights.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Partner closely with hiring managers and GTM stakeholders to understand evolving workforce needs and hiring plans.
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Conduct telephone interviews final assessments and manage offer processes including compensation discussions and negotiations.
Utilize data and recruitment metrics to drive effective hiring decisions and improve recruitment processes.
Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and support onboarding processes for new hires.
Contribute market-driven hiring insights and talent acquisition planning to support the successful execution of GTM strategies.
