What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Manage project prioritization, auditing alignment with technical or business strategy, and resource allocation

Develop and monitor reporting metrics and portfolio dashboards for project success

Identify dependencies and critical paths while assisting stakeholders in managing them

Analyze project risk profiles and contribute to capacity planning for resource needs

Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures while driving portfolio planning and operations

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of related experience

Experience with project management methodologies and tools, preferably ServiceNow and JIRA

Strong analytical skills and demonstrated project management capabilities

Ability to communicate effectively and make recommendations to upper management

High level of accuracy and excellent judgment under pressure

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI

Certified Workforce Planning Professional

Certified in Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT)

Experience with data analysis and data manipulation using Excel

Knowledge of IT hardware/software assets and application platforms
