Gather business requirements and design integrations between Coupa/GEP and other applications for new facility deployments, releases, upgrades, demands, and solution requests—including process documentation.
Conduct research and proof of concept on new features in Coupa and GEP from both business and technical perspectives, including potential API integrations with other applications.
Serve as a liaison between IT technical teams, business units, and vendor support teams.

Lead and manage testing cycles: Functional Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing.

Analyze and resolve integration data errors during testing and production cycles.
Oversee offshore team coordination, deliverables, and resource planning.
Manage onboarding and compliance processes for new resources.
Demonstrate adaptability and a quick learning curve in implementing solutions using new applications.
Participate in project planning and timeline development.
