What You’ll Be Doing You’ll actively seek out commercial roofing opportunities and build strong relationships with property managers, owners, and key stakeholders. You’ll guide clients through their options, prepare proposals, and close deals with confidence and clarity. Working closely with estimating and production teams, you’ll ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. You’ll manage your pipeline, secure payments, and generate referrals, all while keeping accurate records and project documentation up to date.
What You’ll Bring
Proven success in outside sales, preferably in roofing or construction
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable generating leads independently
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience with CRM systems
