We are seeking an experienced

Commercial Bank Lending Specialist Sales

to drive

new business origination

and expand

equipment finance solutions

across our commercial banking portfolio. This role focuses on building relationships with

commercial bankers, prospects, and clients

to grow revenue through equipment finance and leasing solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in

equipment finance structuring, pricing, and true lease products , along with a proven ability to close new business within a commercial banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop new business opportunities from new prospects and existing commercial banking relationships

Partner closely with commercial bankers and relationship managers to identify equipment finance transactions

Promote the bank’s equipment finance capabilities to clients and prospects with a strong focus on new originations

Structure, price, and close equipment finance and true lease transactions

Support existing commercial bank clients with capital equipment financing needs

Meet with lessees to assess equipment acquisition requirements and close financing deals

Expand commercial client and end‑user volume within an assigned geographic territory

Participate in cross‑functional bank meetings to identify growth opportunities

Monitor competitive market conditions and share insights with regional managers and banking partners

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree required

5+ years of experience in commercial banking, equipment finance, or a similar sales‑driven lending role

Strong working knowledge of equipment finance documentation, pricing, and structuring

Proven track record in new business development and relationship‑based sales
