This role provides comprehensive financial advice and customized solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. Responsibilities include triaging client leads, making referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds, meeting with clients to review financial and investment goals, building a financial plan, and recommending brokerage products. The position may involve residential mortgage loan origination, requiring SAFE Act registration.
Responsibilities
Work with clients to plan short‑ and long‑term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products.
Recommend banking and investment strategies that align with client financial goals and needs.
Triage client requests and make referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs and potential product services recommended.
Required Qualifications
Currently holds Series 7 and 66 licenses; if only Series 63 or 65, meeting the missing requirement within 60 days is acceptable.
Minimum of one year of experience in the investments industry with deep knowledge of investment products and services.
Minimum of one year of experience in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
Demonstrated ability to set and accomplish goals, build and nurture strong relationships, and collaborate effectively with others.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and comfort engaging all types of clients.
Efficient time management, prioritization, and ability to navigate complexity in a fast‑paced environment.
Thoroughness in incorporating regulatory due diligence and risk management into client strategies.
Desired Qualifications
Strong computer skills with multitasking ability in a demanding environment.
Minimum of three years of experience in the financial service industry or sales environment.
Professional designations such as CFP or CRPC.
Insurance licenses.
