Are you an experienced agricultural commercial banker ready to lead and grow complex loan portfolios? Our client, a respected financial institution, is seeking an Ag and Commercial Loan Banker to manage and grow a farm and commercial loan clients portfolio and strengthen relationships through expert farm lending knowledge and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
Originate, process, and service commercial loans adhering to policies and regulations
Analyze financials, conduct site visits, and evaluate collateral for sound lending decisions
Negotiate loan terms within established guidelines
Develop new commercial business relationships and participate in loan committees
Represent the bank in community events and uphold a high standard of professionalism
Qualifications
Minimum 3-10 years commercial lending experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
Strong understanding of commercial loan documents, underwriting, and financial statements
Proven business development success and excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining confidentiality
Drivable from Windom or Neighboring counties.
