You'll manage medical-only claims, coordinate Alternate Job Search (AJS) activities, and oversee workers' compensation leaves. Coordinate and track the Alternate Job Search (AJS) process by engaging employees with permanent work restrictions, identifying suitable roles, documenting outreach efforts, and ensuring accountability within established program timelines.

Manage medical-only claims proactively by monitoring ongoing treatment, validating work status reports, and escalating complex or potential lost‑time cases.

Administer workers' compensation leaves in alignment with internal policy and jurisdictional requirements, ensuring accurate documentation, leave coding, and communication with impacted stakeholders throughout the duration of the leave.

Proactively communicate with employees, claims adjusters, HR partners, and department supervisors to ensure clear expectations are set, work restrictions are clear and ongoing accommodations are feasible.

Organize cases by documenting all relevant communications, status updates, and actions, while also tracking key metrics and trends to support data‑driven reporting and continuous process improvement across the program.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Insurance or Risk Management, or equivalent experience.

Preferred background in Workers' Compensation, Human Resources, Disability Management, or Occupational Health.
