Overview The HR Specialist, Corporate HR Operations provides transactional and administrative support across core human resources functions for the Corporate Support Center and field operations. This role is primarily responsible for high-volume HR data entry, auditing, and employee record maintenance, while also supporting onboarding, recruitment administration, compliance activities, and HR operational initiatives.
This is an in-office position that requires consistent on-site presence to meet operational needs and ensure timely collaboration.
Responsibilities
Accurately process employee lifecycle transactions, including new hires, rehires, transfers, promotions, job changes, terminations, etc.
Maintain, audit, and verify employee data in the HRIS to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Identify, research, and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner.
Process Personnel Action Forms (PAFs) and other HR documentation.
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
Meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Provide administrative support related to recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and employee transitions.
Support onboarding activities, including orientation.
Respond to employee, manager, and HR team inquiries, escalating issues as appropriate.
Assist with employee file maintenance and documentation related to personnel actions.
Prepare routine HR reports.
Partner with HR team members on special projects, acquisitions, and operational initiatives.
Maintain working knowledge of HR policies and procedures to appropriately direct inquiries.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; additional HR education preferred.
1–3 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or high-volume data entry.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Professional communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and within a team environment.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with HRIS systems (ADP preferred).
General knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws a plus.
Full‑time, in‑office role at the Corporate Support Center.
Regular business hours, Monday‑Friday.
