High school diploma or equivalent. Valid region/market security license. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite. Knowledge of retail security systems and criminal civil proceeding process is an asset. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Your Responsibilities
Build awareness and inspire by performing as a role model and executing the Saks OFF 5TH customer experience. Engage in store‑wide communication regarding Asset Protection best practices, training, and safety meetings. Contribute to local shortage strategy, audits, and ensure physical security standards are maintained. Detect and detain shoplifters and complete related documentation applying the five stages of arrest. Identify opportunities for improving Asset Protection strategies and compile audit reports for senior leadership. Achieve investigative performance targets and complete accident investigations and general liability claims reports. Respond to after‑hours alarm calls and emergency situations.
