Job Description
Manage the full lifecycle of personal injury cases, focusing on pre‑litigation matters
Interview and evaluate potential clients and witnesses
Oversee case strategy and settlement negotiations
Draft demand letters, pleadings, and other legal documents
Negotiate with insurance companies to maximize settlements
Prepare clients for statements and depositions
Collaborate with case teams to ensure smooth and efficient file management
Maintain strong client communication and uphold high standards of service
Participate in training and development opportunities to strengthen legal expertise
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of personal injury experience (required)
JD from an ABA‑accredited law school
Active Florida Bar license
Strong written, verbal, and negotiation skills
Ability to evaluate claims and develop effective case strategies
Detail‑oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
