Full Time Schedule: M-F 7:30AM - 4PM
Must participate in a weekend/evening on-call rotation
What You’ll Do: Lead and support a small maintenance team.
Handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs.
Complete work orders and preventative maintenance.
Assist with projects, events, and seasonal needs (like snow removal).
What We’re Looking For: 3+ years maintenance experience (HVAC/Refrigeration cert required).
Strong skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical work.
Supervisory experience a plus!
Able to lift, climb ladders, and work independently.
