Key Responsibilities
Handle real estate transactions by establishing escrow accounts, managing funds, processing documents, and completing settlements
Act as a neutral liaison between parties, adhering to company policy while monitoring and mitigating risk
Evaluate and select solutions for atypical problems and communicate complex information effectively
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience
Ability to work under limited supervision and modify work practices for efficiency
Experience in managing customer service and proactive communication throughout the closing process
Individual contributor with no supervisory responsibilities
